Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms cover the SupaPrompt website, web application and Chrome extension, including the side panel and floating workspace. The service is provided by [Service owner — to be added].
By using SupaPrompt, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
1. Using the service
SupaPrompt helps prepare and refine prompts for AI services and is intended for users aged 18 and over. Use it lawfully and only submit materials you are entitled to process.
- Do not bypass limits or create excessive automated traffic.
- Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts, sessions or data.
- Do not disrupt the service or violate other people’s rights.
2. Account and subscription
You can use guest access or a Google account. You are responsible for account security. Guest history may be transferred to your account after sign-in.
The free version includes 10 successful improvements or refinements per week. The limit is shared between guest access and your account and resets on Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Payments are not currently accepted. [Planned paid-plan periods: monthly, six-month and annual. Prices, features, renewal, cancellation and refunds — to be added before launch.]
3. Content rights
You retain your rights to submitted materials. You allow SupaPrompt to store and process them and share them with necessary providers to perform the features you choose.
SupaPrompt software and branding belong to the service owner or their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant rights to use them beyond using the service.
4. Data and privacy
Prompts are processed by third-party AI services and saved in history. Do not submit passwords, secret keys or information you are not authorised to process. Recipients, storage and deletion are described in our privacy policy.
5. Output limitations
AI outputs may contain errors or be unsuitable for your task. Review them before use or submission to another service. We do not guarantee accuracy, unique results or uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
You decide how to use the output. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable rules. These terms do not remove mandatory user rights or liability that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes and availability
Features and limits may change to keep the service operating. We announce material changes in the interface. Availability also depends on AI providers and supported websites.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the service, sign out and uninstall the extension. To delete server data, use the procedure in the privacy policy.
We may restrict access for violations of these terms, abuse or security threats.
9. Changes to these terms
We update the date when the terms change. We give advance notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with the updated terms, stop using the service.
